Duties:

The Project Manager is responsible for developing, organizing, and monitoring all activities related to business development projects. Acts as the key day to day supervisor to drive projects to completion. Interacts with all levels of staff and management. In collaboration with executive management oversees all projects to ensure they are completed within budget, by project deadlines, and meets or exceeds expectations. Serves as a liaison with all project resources. In collaboration with other departments, develops financial analyses, documentation, processes, reports, project plans, budgets, etc. associated with projects. Provides comprehensive updates and status reports to management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• College degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 4-7 years experience serving in a project management capacity. Management experience preferred
• PMP Certification from PMI desirable
• Ability to work independently and in team-oriented environment, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
• Solid understanding of systems, process design, and operational concepts
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation skills
• High computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercising discretion and independent judgment
• Ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and exercise sound judgment in stressful and crisis situations
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Ability to travel
