SUMMARY:
Coordinate and provide service to the distributors network in Latin America, ensuring that they maximize the company’s products marketing tools in countries where they are represented. Spread the marketing corporate strategy to the partners and support him in its adaptation considering life cycle of the product and local needs.

Duties: |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interacts with all levels throughout the organization including corporate marketing team, afiliates, distributors and customers, medical community.
Analyze distributor’s activity, sales and industry trends in the region; Analyze competitors activities.
Liaise with the local Marketing teams pursuing and aligning to local industry best practices and coordinate with corporate on key marketing initiatives and projects and interfacing with the
Corporate Marketing team on product launches & distributor go-to-market strategy based on sales and market development;
Implement marketing plans with partners to achieve targeted Sales and Business growth;

Qualifications: |
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Biological Science University Degree required such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, among others; Master Degree or Postgraduate in Business Administration or Marketing; Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or Product management in the Bio/Pharmaceutical industry; Fluency in Spanish and English, both in oral and written communication as required for the function; Excellent negotiating, networking, co-ordination, relationship management, multicultural and presentation skills;
Personal Skills/ Attributes: Willingness to travel as needed across Latin America; Innovative, Communicative, Strategic and Analytical skills. Intercultural awareness and capable to establish and maintain excellent long distance relationships; Recognizes and understands the cross-dependencies of the technologies and understands the impacts on the organization; Expanding knowledge of related disciplinary areas. Works under minimal direction, strong self-starting skills; Enhances own knowledge through understanding business trends and objectives; Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information; Qualitative information, Quantitative research, Trends & data, forecasts, models, and utilizes advanced analytical tools; Creates new procedures and processes to drive desired results. Independently develops thorough, practical, and consistent solutions with function objectives; Handles diverse scope of issues requiring evaluation of multiple factors including current trends; Independently determines approach to project. May be responsible for specific programs and/or projects; Contributes to work group/team by ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self and others. Provides training and guidance to others.
