Duties: |
The RN Candidate has responsibility for triaging incoming phone calls from patients/families and care partners and determining if a Field RN visit is required. Assisting patients/families with problem solving/resolving clinical issues. Providing clinical assist to the HospiceHelp24 department, making decisions when to request assist from on-call Social Services Specialist and chaplains. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced dynamic patient focused department in the delivery of IDT support after hours. Candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent clinical assessment skills and possess excellent customer relations skills.
This is a PHONE TRIAGE position.
This position is based out of our Forsythe Hospice House.

Qualifications: |
* Must have a current Florida RN license and at least one year clinical inpatient experience.
* Must have valid driver license and auto insurance, per company policy.
