Duties:

The patient care nurse is responsible for assessing and identifying patient/family needs, using a palliative and supportive process in coordination with the plan of care and IDG.

Qualifications:

* Current FL license as RN.

* At least one (1) year clinical inpatient experience.

* Reliable transportation to meet visit schedule.

* Valid driver license and auto insurance per company policy.
