Duties:

The social services specialist provides and coordinates a wide range of social services to terminally ill patients and their families.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or above in Social Work required. (CSWE Accredited).

At least one year experience in health care/hospital setting required.

Ability to work unsupervised exercising a high degree of discretion & independent judgment.

Valid driver license and auto insurance per company policy.

Pediatric Experience required.
