Duties:

The RN is responsible for assessing and identifying patient/family needs, using a palliative and supportive process in coorination with the plan of care. The RN Preceptor coordinates the team orientation and training of new hospice clinical nursing staff and new nurse leaders in close collaboration with preceptors, clinical leadership and the Education Department within a defined area.

Qualifications:

* RN with current FL license.

* At least 1 year clinical experience.

* Must possess ability to counsel and problem solve with patient/families and work as a team member.

* This is a field work position. Candidate must have reliable transportation to be able to meet visit schedule.
