Duties: |
The Social Services Coordinator provides consultation, intervention, and educational services for Social Services Specialists. The Social Services Coordinator provides clinical counseling expertise and programmatic consultation for Good Shepherd Hospice.

Qualifications: |
Masters Degree in Social Work (CSWE accredited).
Florida LCSW required.
Experience related to the concepts and practices of death and dying with children and adults.
Three years of experience in hospice or other health care setting required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively handle the emotional stress of the workload.
Able to remain calm, professional and trouble shoot patient/family crisis situations.
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance per company policy.
Ability to travel to off-site locations.
Ability to work unsupervised exercising a high degree of discretion and independent judgment.
