| The Multi-systemic Therapy (MST) program provides in-home community-based therapy for youth referred by the Department of Juvenile Justice and their families. Each therapist has a maximum caseload of 5-6 clients, permitting intensive in-home service delivery for 3-5 months. Therapists receive comprehensive initial and ongoing training in the MST treatment model, as well as weekly clinical supervision with an onsite supervisor and weekly consultation with an MST Expert. |
Qualifications: |
| Masters degree (from an accredited college or university) in counseling, social work, psychology, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field and 2 years of professional experience. Bachelors degree and 3 years of counseling experience may also be considered. Training and experience in cognitive-Behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, and other behaviorally-based treatments are preferred.
