Duties: |
The RN is responsible for assessing and identifying patient/family needs, using a palliative and supportive process in coorination with the plan of care.
Position is PRN (as needed) visiting patients' homes in the North Tampa area.

Qualifications: |
* RN with current FL license.
* At least 1 year clinical experience.
* Must possess ability to counsel and problem solve with patient/families and work as a team member.
* This is a field work position. Candidate must have reliable transportation to be able to meet visit schedule.
