Must be organized with attention to detail.

Duties: |
Primary responsibilities include managing the purchase order system, assigning & entering P.O.'s & invoices, managing the acounts payable department, as well as working closely with mechanics' shop supervisor.
Duties also include corresponding with our Corporate Office as well as local management.
Working with other accounts payble clerks to achieve goals of the company.
Other responsibilities will include general office duties such as answering phones/billing questions & customer service. |
Qualifications: |
Must have previous office experience.
One year acounts payable experience is preferred.
Training on company systems will be provided. |
