Description: |
| Stocks, cleans and maintains bars and beer coolers according to established Clevelander standards |
Duties: |
Maintains proper levels of alcohol and other beverages throughout the shift by notifying a Liquor Runner of any low or empty bottles
Restocks all beer coolers
Fills ice bins throughout the shift and restocks all glassware
Assists bartenders in keeping interior and exterior bar areas clean and safe
Completes assigned side work duties (opening, closing, ongoing)
Assists in preparation of opening the property and closing down the bar and liquor areas
Ensures all garnish stations are full with cut to order fresh fruit
Empties trash cans and bus pans throughout shift
Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures

Qualifications: |
| 21 years of age; 2 years of related experience; High school diploma preferred |
